Today the LEGO Group reveals three new sets, inspired by the new and highly-anticipated film, Disney’s “The Little Mermaid”. I grew up with the original animated Disney movie – I’ve watched it so many times I actually know the songs by heart – and am really looking forward to the new live action movie hitting theaters in the last week of May. It is no wonder LEGO has released 3 new LEGO Disney The Little Mermaid sets which will come out in May and June 2023 also.
About the Disney The Little Mermaid movie
“The Little Mermaid” tells the story of Ariel, a beautiful and young mermaid with a thirst for adventure. She is the youngest of King Triton’s daughters is the most defiant one and Ariel longs to find out more about the world beyond the sea. While visiting the surface she falls in love with Prince Eric, but mermaids are forbidden to interact with humans. So she makes a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, but ultimately places her life – and her father’s crown – in jeopardy. LEGO has take some key scenes and characters from the new movie and will be bringing them to us in 3 completely different LEGO sets.

I must say that this one is quite a piece and wonderful display for adults!
